This year, we did Christmas differently. Instead of staying home with festive treats and movies, we spent one day of chritmas at Aquapark Moravia—and it was unforgettable!
A Refreshing Change
Christmas is about joy and relaxation, so why not unwind in warm pools surrounded by beautiful scenery? After a busy year, we needed a break, and Aquapark Moravia was the perfect place to recharge.
Our Favorite Moments
We skipped the thrilling slides and focused on pure relaxation. Here are some highlights:
🌊 The 39°C Outdoor Pools (Romulus & Remus) – Sitting in the steaming water while breathing in the crisp winter air felt magical.
💦 Thermal Comfort – The mineral-rich water was incredibly soothing, like a spa retreat for Christmas!
👨👩👧👦 Quality Family Time – Instead of the usual holiday rush, we enjoyed each other’s company in a warm, peaceful setting.
What Made It Special
Even though it was cold outside, we barely noticed as we soaked in the warm pools. Watching the mist rise over the water while enjoying the quiet atmosphere made this Christmas truly unique.

Tips for Visiting Aquapark Moravia
Thinking of going? Here are a few tips:
🩴 Bring a robe or slippers – Moving between pools is much more comfortable this way!
🎟️ Book tickets in advance – It gets busy during the holidays.
💧 Stay hydrated – Even in water, it’s easy to forget to drink!
A New Christmas Tradition?
We missed some classic holiday traditions, but this relaxing escape was so enjoyable that we might make it part of our holiday routine. How often do you get to spend Christmas in a warm pool under the open sky?
